Hi Jim, Just a note to express to you again how very much I thank you for all you did to make things easier for me regarding the reverse mortgage process. To say it was a stressful situation is a great understatement. I truly believe God places people in our paths to smooth the way for us in times of difficulty, and I know He was watching out for me through you. I am forever indebted to you for your kindness, as well as for the professional manner in which you conducted business. If I learn of anyone considering a reverse mortgage, I will send them your way. You may be interested to know I am in full gear with my website I told you about. Things are going great and I am beginning to see results from my efforts. It is really exciting, and I know that without having done the reverse mortgage it would not have been possible. Please tell your secretary,(I'm having a senior moment because I'm not sure of her name....was it Angela?), I so appreciate her, as she, too, helped me greatly. Her attention to detail and her kind spirit won me over. You're so blessed to have her! Professionalism, with a personal touch; that also is what I strive for. You're a good team.

We're glad you could take the time and that you enjoyed it (after we got connected). It was our way of expressing our thanks to you for "getting it done" so quickly, and so near Christmas. There were no hassles for the first time in our home buying experience. We have never had service quite like we had from you and Shelia, and it's a great story to back our recommendation of you.

I'll never forget the kindness and wise advice you offered so freely

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping to make another stepping stone in my life easier to handle. I will not forget the kindness and wise advice you have so freely offered. May you and your daughter have a joyous Christmas and a blessed and happy New Year. Again, I offer my thanks to you and your staff for helping to make the refinance such a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend you all to others looking to refinance or purchase a home.

I have always been treated like I was the only client they had.

This is just to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from Jim Taylor at First Nations. This is the second time he handled my mortgage. First when I bought the house originally and lately he was successful in getting my interest rate down to 5.875% on a 30 year mortgage. I thought that was great! Anyway, just wanted you to know how happy I was with him and that I highly recommend him and his associates. I have always been treated like I was the only client they had.

I would highly recommend Jim and his staff to anyone wanting to purchase a home

Just wanted to let you know of the service I received from First Nations Home Mortgage when I purchased my home last week. They were very professional in their dealings with me, especially Jim Taylor. He really took the time to communicate with me about my loan and showed a caring attitude when it came to putting the financial lingo into layman's terms I was very pleased with the service, not to mention the low rate I got. Even the monthly payment was lower than I originally anticipated and so were my closing costs! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Jim and his staff to anyone wanting to purchase a home.

Jim was professional, experienced and stayed on top of the process from beginning to end.

What a great experience. Jim was professional, experienced and stayed on top of the process from beginning to end. I never had to chase Jim down to find out what was going on, he made sure I was up to date at all times. I strongly recommend Jim Taylor for your lending needs.

You can bet I will mention First Nations Home Mortgage to anyone I hear is looking at refinancing or

We are considering refinancing our house again even though its only been a month (since your team is so fun to work with). You went out of your way to be friendly, fair and minimize any hassles. Further you looked for ways to save me money. Some things that you did that set you apart: - Locked in an interest rate a 1/4 point better than others I was considering and closed the loan in about 2-weeks from the first phone call - Transferred all financial information from BB&T without a hitch - Found way to set up closing costs to provide me maximum benefit come tax time next year -Waived some $100 fee that was inadvertently left off some of my paper work -Voluntarily wrote a check on the spot at closing for $75 to cover an additional fee the attorney said was required to do an updated title search - Accompany me and my wife and at closing to make sure things went smoothly even though attorney said this would not be required. - When I called I was always able to talk with someone then or would have my calls returned promptly -Hand delivered documents to my office as needed. After closing the loan we got a thank-you note saying how you appreciated our business. Well I thought this was the end. But nooo, I got a flower arrangement sent to my work with a $50 gift certificate to Outback Steak House. That was great! But the kicker was the following weekend when my wife went to work she had flowers too with a $50 gift certificate to Augusta Grill. You can bet I will mention First Nations Home Mortgage to anyone I hear is looking at refinancing or buying a home. It has been a pleasure.
